Menu Planning Guidelines:

Plan 2 pieces per person if it’s the only protein offered and 1 to 1.5 pieces per person if offering two proteins.

Reheating Time: Reheat the Chicken Francaise in the oven for approximately 20-30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Larger pans or thicker pieces of chicken may require slightly longer heating times.
