When Preceding a Meal:

• Provide 2 to 3 pieces per person.

When Hors d'Oeuvres are the Meal:

• Offer 4 to 6 pieces per person per hour.

  • The longer the party and the larger the guest list, the greater the number of selections you should offer. This ensures a variety and abundance, keeping guests satisfied and entertained.

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat.

Reheat: Bake for 4-5 minutes.

Serve: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the scallops cool for a few minutes. Transfer them to a serving platter and enjoy!
