Menu Planning Guidelines

General Rule:

  • Plan at least 1 piece per person per type offered.

When Preceding a Meal:

  • Provide 2 to 3 pieces per person.

When Hors d'Oeuvres are the Meal:

  • Offer 4 to 6 pieces per person per hour.

Additional Tips:

  • Duration and Guest List:
    • The longer the party and the larger the guest list, the greater the number of selections you should offer. This ensures a variety and abundance, keeping guests satisfied and entertained.

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Dish: Place the Mini Chicken Cordon Bleu on a baking sheet.

Cover Lightly: Lightly tent the Mini Chicken Cordon Bleu with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning while reheating.

Reheat Time: Heat for 10-15 minutes.

Crisp Pastry: For the last 3-5 minutes of reheating, remove the foil to allow the pastry to become crisp and golden brown.
