Enjoy our mouthwatering ground beef meatballs in a smaller size. Our mini meatballs, each approximately 2 ounces (about the size of a golf ball), are smothered in rich tomato sauce and topped with grated Romano cheese. Available for purchase by the pound, with a minimum order of three pounds.

Oven Reheating:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are heated through.

Preparation: Remove the pan of mini meatballs from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes. This helps ensure even heating.

Amount Ordered: For 3-5 pounds, heat for 20-30 minutes. For 6-10 pounds, heat for 30-40 minutes. For 11-15 pounds, heat for 40-50 minutes, or until the sausages are heated through and reach an internal temperature of 155°F (68°C). It is a good idea to gently stir the pans a couple of times.

Check the a temperature of one meatball to ensure it reaches 155°F (68°C) for safe consumption.

**Pro Tip: For best results place a pan of hot water in the oven when reheating. The steam will keep your food moist and speed up the process.**

Stovetop Reheating:

Place the meatballs in a skillet or saucepan.

Add a small amount of tomato sauce to the pan to prevent sticking.

Cover and heat over medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Check the a temperature of one meatball to ensure it reaches 155°F (68°C) for safe consumption.
