Menu Planning Guidelines:

-8 ounces per person when one main dish is offered (1 LB = 2 servings)

-3 to 5 ounces per person per kind when two or more proteins are offered (on average 4 servings per LB)

Oven Reheating:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Preparation: Remove the pan of sausage &peppers from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature for about 15-20 minutes. This helps ensure even heating.

Amount Ordered: For 3-5 pounds, heat for 20-30 minutes. For 6-10 pounds, heat for 30-40 minutes. For 11-15 pounds, heat for 40-50 minutes, or until the sausages are heated through and reach an internal temperature of 155°F (68°C). It is a good idea to gently stir the pans a couple of times.

**Pro Tip: For best results place a pan of hot water in the oven when reheating. The steam will keep your food moist and speed up the process.**
